The Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management programme is ideal for recent graduates who wish to study international hotel and tourism management at postgraduate level leading to a master degree.


Students are introduced to a range of concepts and theories through a range of modules and a dissertation that develops their ability to work independently through research and analysis.



Students will also undertake a hands-on supervised work experience phase where they will learn western work culture, acquire real life problem-solving skills and hone their occupation specific technical skills, which will greatly improve their employability after graduation.


Upon successful completion of this programme, students will be awarded the CTH Postgraduate Diploma and Master in Hospitality & Tourism from the University of Sunderland and students will then be eligible to apply for 2-year Post Study Work Free Visa, which will entitle students to remain in the UK for another two years.
